By downloading or using Kutvio (the “App”) you agree to these Terms.
1. License
Clixasoft grants you a free, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the rules of the App Store or Google Play.
2. Your content
You keep all rights to the videos, photos, audio, and other content you create or edit with the App. You are responsible for making sure you have the rights to any content you import, edit, or publish, including music and third-party media.
3. Bundled assets
Fonts, music, sound effects, stickers, filters, and templates included in the App are provided for use in videos you create with the App, including on social media. You may not extract, resell, or redistribute these assets on their own.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the App to create or share content that is illegal, infringes others’ rights, or is harmful, and not to reverse engineer or modify the App except as allowed by law.
5. No warranty
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or that exports will always succeed. Keep backups of important media.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clixasoft is not liable for any loss of data, content, or profits arising from your use of the App.
7. Changes
We may update the App and these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
